Characteristics of the product Khinkali Caucasian
Ingredients: Chicken meat 30%, premium wheat flour, water, hydrated soy protein, onion, edible chicken eggs, garlic, edible salt, seasoning (in variable proportion - dried tomatoes, aromatic herbs), ground black pepper.
Method of preparation: frozen khinkali are immersed in boiling salted water (10 g of salt per liter of water) in the ratio of semi-finished products and water 1:4. Khinkali is boiled after they rise for 15-18 minutes until cooked. Ready khinkali are taken out of the water. Serve with sour cream, butter and other sauces.
