Ingredients: beef (softened meat 28%), premium wheat flour, drinking water, hydrated soy protein, edible chicken eggs, onion, garlic, edible salt, ground black pepper, flavor enhancer Е621.
Cooking method: frozen dumplings are immersed in boiling salted water (10 g of salt per 1 liter of water) in the ratio of semi-finished products and water 1:4. Dumplings are boiled after they rise and boil for 6-8 minutes. Ready dumplings are taken out of the water with a colander. Served with sauces or sour cream. Before use, semi-finished products must be prepared. It is not allowed to re-freeze.
