Cherry sauce

From our pitted cherries you can easily make cherry sauce, which you can serve with your favorite cakes!

Keep a note, you will need:

  • Pitted cherries
  • Rosemary
  • Cinnamon
  • A couple of tablespoons of sugar
  • Aromatic alcohol (for example, cognac)

 

Method prepare:

  1. Boil the cherry with rosemary and cinnamon, wait until it melts
  2. Add sugar and cook for a few minutes
  3. Then add a little cognac for flavor and evaporate it.
  4. Finally, stir in the cornstarch, not much, until thickened.
  5. Ready, you can immediately pour your dessert, decorate a plate or pour into a saucepan
