Flash-frozen natural product. Storage conditions: store at a temperature not higher than minus 18°С and relative humidity not more than 95%. Shelf life: 24 months from the manufacture date. Bolete mushrooms contain vitamins A (in the form of carotene), B1, C and especially high amount of vitamin D. Boletes contain more riboflavin than other mushrooms - a substance that is responsible for the health and growth of nails, hair, skin, and the health of organism as a whole. Riboflavin is especially important to support the normal functioning of thyroid gland. Porcino mushrooms have a number of useful qualities. Besides the taste, they are famous for their ability to stimulate the secretion of digestive juices, overtaking even meat broths in this respect. Due to the high content of sulfur and polysaccharides, cep mushrooms help to fight against cancer. They also have anti-infectious, wound-healing, antitumor and tonic properties.
