Flash-frozen natural product. Storage conditions: store at a temperature not higher than minus 18°С and relative humidity not more than 95%. Shelf life: 24 months from the manufacture date. Plums contain 9 to 17% of sugars (fructose, glucose and sucrose), vitamins A, B1, B2, C, P. Plum is rich in potassium and phosphorus; it also contains calcium, magnesium, iron. In smaller quantities they contain boron, manganese, copper, zinc, nickel, chromium. Also, in plums there are such compounds present as pectin, tannins, nitrogenous substances; organic acids: malic, citric, oxalic acid, and traces of salicylic acid. Plum seeds contain: up to 42% of fatty oil, which can be applied on an equal ground with almond oil; flavonoids and amino acids. Dried fruits of pitted / stoned plums are called prunes. In fruits, as well as in plum leaves, coumarins are found, that have the ability to prevent the formation of thrombs, i.e. blood clots in blood vessels, to cure thrombosis, and to dilate coronary vessels.
