Delicious heads of cauliflower can be perfectly combined with fried mushrooms and spicy cheese sauce.

Method of cooking:
- Boil the cauliflower to a semi-cooked state in salted water, then drain the water.
- Fry chopped onion on the butter, add chopped mushrooms, fry for another 5 minutes. Add flour, then mix.
- Gently add cream, stir. Add the whisked (i.e. beaten) egg to the hot sauce. Add salt, pepper to taste, a pinch of nutmeg, mix.
- Put the cauliflower into the cast, add the sauce with mushrooms.
- Dredge with grated cheese.
- Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, until brownish crust forms.
- Serve the dish to the table.
